關于盤式制動(dong)器的功能作用分(fen)析
盤式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器散熱快、重量輕、構造簡單、調整方便。盤式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器有(you)液壓型的,由液壓控制(zhi),主要(yao)零部件有(you)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)盤、分泵、制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鉗、油管等。
特別(bie)是(shi)高(gao)負載(zai)時耐高(gao)溫性能好,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)效果穩定(ding),而且不怕泥水侵襲,在冬季和(he)惡劣路況(kuang)下行車,很(hen)多轎(jiao)車采用的盤(pan)(pan)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器有(you)平面式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)(pan)、打孔(kong)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)(pan)以及劃(hua)線(xian)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)(pan),其中劃(hua)線(xian)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)(pan)的制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)效果和(he)通風(feng)散熱能力均比較好。
盤式制動器目(mu)前已(yi)廣泛應用(yong)于轎(jiao)車(che)(che),現在大部分轎(jiao)車(che)(che)用(yong)于全部車(che)(che)輪,少數轎(jiao)車(che)(che)只用(yong)作前輪制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi),與后輪的鼓式制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)配合,以使汽車(che)(che)有較高(gao)(gao)的制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時的方向穩(wen)定(ding)性。在商用(yong)車(che)(che)中,目(mu)前盤式制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)在新車(che)(che)型(xing)及高(gao)(gao)端車(che)(che)型(xing)中逐漸被采用(yong)。
制(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)厚度對(dui)制(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)質(zhi)量和工作(zuo)時的溫升有影(ying)響,為(wei)使質(zhi)量小些(xie),制(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)厚度不宜(yi)取得很大(da);為(wei)了降低溫度,制(zhi)動(dong)盤(pan)厚度又不宜(yi)取得過小。
制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)可(ke)(ke)以做成(cheng)實(shi)心的(de)(de),或者為(wei)了散(san)熱通(tong)(tong)風的(de)(de)需要在制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)鑄(zhu)出通(tong)(tong)風孔道。一(yi)般實(shi)心制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)厚(hou)度(du)可(ke)(ke)取為(wei)10—20mm,通(tong)(tong)風式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)厚(hou)度(du)取為(wei)20~50mm,采用(yong)較多的(de)(de)是20—30mm。在高速(su)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)下緊急制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong), 制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)會形(xing)成(cheng)熱變形(xing), 產生(sheng)顫(zhan)抖。為(wei)提(ti)高制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)摩擦面(mian)的(de)(de)散(san)熱性能, 大多把制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)做成(cheng)中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)空洞(dong)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)風式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan), 這樣可(ke)(ke)使制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)溫(wen)度(du)降低20 %~30%。
