關于盤式制動器(qi)的功能特(te)性分析
盤(pan)式制動(dong)(dong)器制動(dong)(dong)時(shi),油液被壓(ya)入內、外(wai)兩輪缸中、其活(huo)塞在(zai)液壓(ya)作(zuo)用下(xia)將兩制動(dong)(dong)塊壓(ya)緊制動(dong)(dong)盤(pan),產(chan)生摩擦力矩(ju)而(er)制動(dong)(dong)。此時(shi),輪缸槽中的(de)(de)矩(ju)形橡膠(jiao)密封圈的(de)(de)刃邊在(zai)活(huo)塞摩擦力的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下(xia)產(chan)生微(wei)量的(de)(de)彈性變形。
當放松制動時(shi),活塞和制動塊依靠 密封圈(quan)的(de)彈(dan)力和彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)彈(dan)力回位。由于矩形密封圈(quan)刃(ren)邊變(bian)形量(liang)很(hen)微(wei)小(xiao),在不制動時(shi),摩擦片與盤之間(jian)(jian)的(de)間(jian)(jian)隙每邊只(zhi)有0.1mm左右,它(ta)足以保證制動的(de)解除(chu)。又因制動盤受熱(re)膨脹時(shi),其厚度(du)只(zhi)有微(wei)量(liang)的(de)變(bian)化,故不會發生“托(tuo)滯(zhi)”現象。
其(qi)矩形(xing)橡膠密封圈(quan)除(chu)起(qi)密封作用外,同時還起(qi)到活(huo)塞回位和自動調整間(jian)隙的(de)作用。如(ru)果制(zhi)動塊(kuai)的(de)摩(mo)擦片與盤的(de)間(jian)隙磨損(sun)加大(da),制(zhi)動時密封圈(quan)變形(xing)達到極限后,活(huo)塞仍可繼(ji)續移(yi)動,直(zhi)到摩(mo)擦片壓緊制(zhi)動盤為(wei)止(zhi)。解除(chu)制(zhi)動后,矩形(xing)橡膠密封圈(quan)將活(huo)塞推回的(de)距離同磨損(sun)之前相同,仍保持標準(zhun)值。
與鼓(gu)(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)相比,盤式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)工作表面(mian)(mian)為(wei)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)且兩面(mian)(mian)傳熱,圓盤旋轉容易(yi)冷卻,不(bu)易(yi)發(fa)生較(jiao)大(da)變形(xing),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)效能較(jiao)為(wei)穩定,長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間使用(yong)后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)盤因高溫膨脹使制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)作用(yong)增強;而鼓(gu)(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)單面(mian)(mian)傳熱,內外兩面(mian)(mian)溫差較(jiao)大(da),導致制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)容易(yi)變形(xing),同時(shi)(shi)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)后,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)因高溫而膨脹,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)效能減弱。
另外,盤(pan)(pan)式制動(dong)(dong)器結構簡單(dan),維修(xiu)方便(bian),易(yi)實(shi)現制動(dong)(dong)間隙自動(dong)(dong)調整。盤(pan)(pan)式制動(dong)(dong)器的不足之處在(zai)(zai)于摩(mo)擦片直接作用在(zai)(zai)圓(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)上,無(wu)自動(dong)(dong)摩(mo)擦增力(li)作用,制動(dong)(dong)效(xiao)能(neng)較低(di),所以用于液壓制動(dong)(dong)系統時若所需制動(dong)(dong)促動(dong)(dong)管路壓力(li)較高(gao),須另行裝(zhuang)設(she)動(dong)(dong)力(li)輔助裝(zhuang)置;兼用于駐車制動(dong)(dong)時,加裝(zhuang)的駐車制動(dong)(dong)傳動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置比鼓式制動(dong)(dong)器要復雜,因而在(zai)(zai)后輪(lun)上的應用受到***。
