行車制動器是如何起作用的
說到我們的行車制動器,其就是人們口(kou)中(zhong)常常說的(de)剎車(che),其作(zuo)用主要是使正在運行中(zhong)的(de)機械零件迅速停止以及減緩速度的(de)機械零件。為了減小(xiao)制動(dong)力矩和結構寸(cun),制動(dong)器通常裝在設(she)備的(de)高(gao)速軸上,但對安(an)全性要求較高(gao)的(de)大型(xing)設(she)備則應裝在靠(kao)近設(she)備工作(zuo)部分的(de)低速軸上。
現在(zai)我(wo)們的行(xing)車制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器主(zhu)要是由磁(ci)軛、勵磁(ci)線(xian)圈、彈(dan)簧、制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)盤(pan)、銜鐵、花(hua)鍵(jian)套(tao)(tao)、安裝鏍釘等組成,制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器安裝在(zai)設備(bei)的法蘭盤(pan)(或(huo)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機)的后端伸(shen);傳動(dong)(dong)軸與(yu)花(hua)鍵(jian)套(tao)(tao)與(yu)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)盤(pan)聯結。
行車(che)制動器能與(yu)電動配套(tao)成一(yi)種新型的(de)制動電機(ji),也(ye)能用(yong)(yong)于(yu)機(ji)械傳動系統,實現快速停(ting)車(che)和準(zhun)確定位,能用(yong)(yong)在斷電時安全制動等場合。這種制動器具有(you)結(jie)構簡單、適應性(xing)廣(guang)、噪音低、制動可靠等優點,被廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)各種機(ji)械的(de)傳動裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),它是(shi)工業現代(dai)化中(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種理想執行元件。
行車制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)的制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)的勵磁線圈接通額定電(dian)壓(DC)時,電(dian)磁力(li)吸合(he)銜(xian)鐵,使(shi)(shi)銜(xian)鐵與制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)脫(tuo)離(li)(釋放(fang)),這時傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸帶著制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)正常(chang)運轉或啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系統分離(li)或斷電(dian)時,制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)也同時斷電(dian),此時彈簧(huang)施壓于銜(xian)鐵,迫使(shi)(shi)制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)與銜(xian)鐵及(ji)法蘭盤(pan)之(zhi)間產生(sheng)摩擦(ca)力(li)矩,使(shi)(shi)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸快速停轉。
而在(zai)制動器散熱環(huan)境(jing)較差(cha),傳動軸又(you)是長時間(jian)連續工(gong)作時,如果條(tiao)件(jian)允(yun)許(xu),則可在(zai)制動器工(gong)作后,保持電(dian)壓(ya)轉換(huan)為(wei)70%-80%的額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya),以(yi)減少發熱。
