如何區分盤式制動器和(he)鼓(gu)式制動
對于我(wo)們(men)的(de)盤(pan)式制動(dong)器,其主要(yao)是在液力(li)助力(li)下制動(dong)力(li)大且穩定(ding),在各種路面都有良好的(de)制動(dong)表(biao)現(xian),其制動(dong)效能(neng)遠高于鼓(gu)式制動(dong)器,而(er)且空氣直接通過盤(pan)式制動(dong)盤(pan),故盤(pan)式制動(dong)器的(de)散熱性很好。
但是盤式制動器結構相對(dui)于(yu)鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)來說比較復雜,對(dui)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鉗(qian)、管路(lu)系統要(yao)求(qiu)也較高,而且(qie)(qie)造價高于(yu)鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)。相對(dui)于(yu)盤式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)來說,鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)效(xiao)能和散熱(re)性都要(yao)差(cha)許多,鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)力穩(wen)定(ding)性差(cha),在不(bu)同路(lu)面上制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)力變(bian)化很大,不(bu)易于(yu)掌控。而且(qie)(qie)由(you)于(yu)散熱(re)性不(bu)好(hao),鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)存(cun)在熱(re)衰退現象。當然,鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)也并非一無是處,它(ta)便宜(yi),而且(qie)(qie)符合傳統設計(ji)。
在高(gao)速(su)行駛的(de)(de)轎車,由于頻繁使用制(zhi)動(dong),制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)摩擦將會產(chan)生大量(liang)的(de)(de)熱,使制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)溫度急劇上升,這些熱如果不能很好(hao)地散出,就(jiu)會大大影響制(zhi)動(dong)性能,出現所謂的(de)(de)制(zhi)動(dong)效能熱衰退現象(xiang),這可不是鬧著玩的(de)(de),制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)直接(jie)關乎生命。
現在我們開(kai)的(de)大部分轎車采用(yong)(yong)的(de)還不完(wan)全(quan)是(shi)盤(pan)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器,而是(shi)前盤(pan)后鼓(gu)式(shi)混合制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器(即前輪(lun)采用(yong)(yong)盤(pan)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器、后輪(lun)采用(yong)(yong)鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器),這主要(yao)是(shi)出于成本上的(de)考慮,同時也(ye)是(shi)因為汽(qi)車在緊急制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)時,軸荷前移(yi),對前輪(lun)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)的(de)要(yao)求比較大,一般來(lai)說前輪(lun)用(yong)(yong)了盤(pan)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器就夠(gou)使了。
