我們的(de)盤式制(zhi)動(dong)器是(shi)在液力(li)助力(li)下制(zhi)動(dong)力(li)大且穩定,在各(ge)種路面都有良好的(de)制(zhi)動(dong)表(biao)現,其制(zhi)動(dong)效能(neng)遠(yuan)高于(yu)鼓式制(zhi)動(dong)器,而(er)且空氣直接通(tong)過盤式制(zhi)動(dong)盤,故(gu)盤式制(zhi)動(dong)器的(de)散(san)熱性(xing)很好。
相對(dui)于(yu)盤式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)來說(shuo),鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)效能和散(san)熱性(xing)(xing)都要(yao)差許(xu)多(duo),鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力穩定性(xing)(xing)差,在不(bu)同路面上制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力變化很大,不(bu)易于(yu)掌控。而且由于(yu)散(san)熱性(xing)(xing)不(bu)好,鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)存在熱衰(shuai)退現象。當然,鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)也并非(fei)一(yi)無是處,它便宜,而且符(fu)合傳統設計。
但(dan)是(shi)盤(pan)式制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)結構相(xiang)對于(yu)鼓式制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)來(lai)說(shuo)比較復(fu)雜,對制(zhi)動(dong)鉗、管路(lu)系統要求也較高(gao),而且造價高(gao)于(yu)鼓式制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)。
對于(yu)高速行(xing)駛的(de)(de)轎車,由于(yu)頻繁使(shi)用制(zhi)動(dong),制(zhi)動(dong)器的(de)(de)摩擦將會(hui)產生大量的(de)(de)熱,使(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器溫度(du)急劇上升,這些熱如果不能(neng)(neng)很好地散出(chu),就(jiu)會(hui)大大影響制(zhi)動(dong)性(xing)能(neng)(neng),出(chu)現(xian)(xian)所謂的(de)(de)制(zhi)動(dong)效能(neng)(neng)熱衰退現(xian)(xian)象,這可(ke)不是(shi)鬧著玩(wan)的(de)(de),制(zhi)動(dong)器直接關乎生命。僅從這一點上,您就(jiu)應該理(li)解(jie)為什(shen)么盤(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器會(hui)逐步取代鼓式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器了吧。目前,在中***轎車上前后輪都已經(jing)采用盤(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器。
現在(zai)我們時下開的(de)(de)大(da)部分轎車(che)采用的(de)(de)還不(bu)完全是盤式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器,而是前盤后(hou)鼓(gu)式(shi)混合制(zhi)動(dong)器(即(ji)前輪采用盤式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器、后(hou)輪采用鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器),這主要是出于成(cheng)本(ben)上的(de)(de)考慮,同時也是因為(wei)汽車(che)在(zai)緊急制(zhi)動(dong)時,軸荷(he)前移,對(dui)前輪制(zhi)動(dong)的(de)(de)要求比較大(da),一(yi)般來說(shuo)前輪用了(le)盤式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)器就(jiu)夠(gou)使(shi)了(le)。
